Living Waters System Executive Summary The purpose of the Living Water System is to incorporate several proven technologies to provide a simple to make and install water filtering and processing technology to provide to end-user pristine drinking, bathing and agricultural water. To define "pristine water" or in this case, "Living Waters", this would mean water in its original, healthy, living state. Water that has a proper surface tension, pH factor, ORP reading, magnetic field or memory potential, O.R.M.E. content, mineral content, oxygen content, etc.. The purpose of this business plan is to raise $1.6 million from an investor to make this possible. Living Waters System, hereinafter (LWS) is dedicated to developing highly innovative water hyper-filtering and water processing equipment for any application. Our objective in this plan is to reach worldwide distribution in the efforts to bring the end-user pristine water for portable, home, commercial and custom applications. The Team Our highly qualified and experienced management team are extremely motivated in bringing superior R&D from around the globe. Corrinne Theile, former marketing director for Smart Water, heads up our Marketing Division. Toni O' Bryan will be handling product branding. David Cummings will be chief CFO. Dawn Weverstad, is assistant CFO and Head of the Sales and Accounting Division. Jeff-Louis: Head of Research and Developement. Our CEO will be hand picked once the right person can be found. Living Waters System is lead by a committed management team of four, who hold 60% of the equity and two board positions. 10% and a board seat is held by Light Enterprises. The investor will receive two seats on the board and an independent chairman will be appointed. The Products Living Waters System processors range from the LWS-1000 Portable unit, rated at 800,000 gallons. The LWS-2000 small home applications, rated at 1.6 million gallons. The LWS-3000 large home applications, rated at 2.5 million gallons. The LWS-4000 commercial applications rated at 4 million gallons before servicing may be required. The LWS-5000 industrial and custom designed applications can go up to several millions of gallons depending on application and source water used. All systems above are powered by water pressure and contain 100% natural materials that can be regenerated over and over again for many years. The main component of this system has been tested and certified by the Water Quality Association and carries the Gold Seal as well as being an active supporter of the California Green Builder and has been recognized as helping to conserve water resources. All proprietary data is compared and confirmed with multiple sources to achieve optimum results and a product of extreme high quality and integrity. The Contract

Living Waters System has an in principle agreement with RF Technologies to supply 3,300 LWS-1000s and 2000 MLWSs over a 5 year period. This provides the venture with a reliable income stream with which to establish itself as a market leader. We will be the first to do what we are doing. Setting the trend in the water world.

The Offer

• 15% equity in Living Waters System
• 10 times the original investment by year 6
• An internal rate of return of 73% over 6 years.

• Initially US$600,000 to finance the LWS assembly line and materials supply, set up cost, building, equipment, etc..
• Subsequently US$1 million to purchase factory equipment and materials supplies for production of LWS processors

The Future

LWS's product offerings will be positioned as cost-effective, reliable, operational solutions to the current and future needs of the retail water industry. Our initial product offerings are LWS-1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 and the MLWS portable unit. Living Waters System is currently researching several other highly innovative water processing products, some will be ready to market by year 3.
